The Rihanna- Chris Brown drama has taken a new turn. There is reported reconciliation between the two and her father is supporting the daughter on it, barely three weeks after the alleged assault. Hardly three weeks ago, was Chris Brown reported to have badly assaulted Rihanna near a park and fled the scene. Police officers after a 911 call from a lady screaming in distress found the badly hurt Rihanna and sent her to hospital. A photo featuring the badly beaten up Rihanna made its rounds on the internet. Chris is out on a $50,000 bail and is due to appear in court soon. He has been charged sheeted on various counts of assault and threat to Rihanna and if charges are proven will have to serve a prison sentence.
Ronald Fenty, father of Rihanna the R&B star, has spoken to the media from Barbados claiming the two have patched up and have called it a truce. Speaking from their family home, he reiterates that her family would support whatever decision his daughter takes, wholly. According to sources, Rihanna and Chris Brown are shacking up on Miami Beach’s Star Island enjoying their own Miami Nights at a home that belongs to Sean “Diddy” Combs and the two are working out their differences. According to rumours, Chris has been deeply saddened by the turn of events and he personally called Rihanna to wish her on her 21st birthday last week. News doing the rounds says that Chris’s appearance in court scheduled for 5th march may be delayed on account of the LAPD gathering evidence. The Run It singer made a short statement to the press saying how sorry he was about the whole thing.
