Taylor Swift is popular now and can headline a tour. Reaching the number one slot for the album Fearless, Taylor Swift is on cloud nine. Now, the icing on the cake is a chance to open on her own even though she is equally excited about opening for Rascal Flatts, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. Here opening act is incidentally, her best friend and singer Kellie Pickler.

According to Kellie Pickler, spending time with best friend was sure to be fun. Taylor Swift is excited about the headlining tour scheduled to start in the month of April. The SingStar told MTV news that headlining was her passion. She had been penning down ideas for the past three years. She is excited about actually doing one now.

Taylor went on to say that everything is under control, the stage is being organized and wheels are turning and that the whole thing is quite unbelievable. Another reason for Taylor Swift’s excitement is the fact that her best friend Kellie Pickler with her on the tour. Kellie who is the “American Idol” will be the opening act. Taylor said the idea of spending time with her best friend is absolutely fabulous and there was no chance of getting bored now.

Swift will be a busy person appearing on the big and small screen apart from her exciting spring tour. Swift will make the cameo in the film “The 3D Concert Experience” of the Jonas Brothers which will be released in the month of February. According to Jonas, Swift is a fantastic musician and a wonderful person.
